I believe the most powerful way for me personally to support transformation is in my work. As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, I teach people how to find that still, quiet place within. On September 11th, 2001, I completed an Advanced Landmark Training and woke up to the fact that I teach people how to FEEL peace. You cannot reach a goal if you don’t know what it looks like, how to generate it for yourself or what it feels like. The Feldenkrais Method is about learning how to generate ease from the inside and how to move through life with that sense of ease intact. It’s a process, like any form of evolution, not a constant state. The more of us that know how to create peace for ourselves, the more peaceful the world will be.
